Dan is CEO of Market & Johnson and has over 45 years of construction experience. He is a key member of the senior management team and oversees the business development department. Dan has experienced all aspects of construction ó including supervising projects in the field and performing project management. He serves on the Board of Directors for Market & Johnson, ICS Construction, Eau Claire Confluence, Wild Mill, and Spirit Lutheran Church.

   

Jerry has over 32 years in the construction industry and has specialized in complex construction projects. He has had hands-on experience in many facets of the business, ranging from Project Manager to Operations Manager to President of Market & Johnson. In his role as president, Jerry continues to be involved in providing executive support throughout the life-cycle of each project. He has been a partner in ownership of Market & Johnson since 2004 and serves on Market & Johnsonís Board of Directors.

Jason has had many leadership roles throughout his 16-year career as Director of Business Development for Market & Johnson. In January 2012, he joined the ownership team and serves as a member of our Board of Directors. While his role as Director of BD serves to initiate new business relationships as well as maintain old ones, he also provides oversight on other areas of construction, such as site selection, financial analysis, budget estimating, financing, design review, construction review and city approvals. In addition to being responsible for leading and overseeing the development of business opportunities for Market & Johnson, he is heavily involved in the community through service and community leadership.

Jason holds a Marketing and Management degree from UW-Eau Claire.

    Kevin Renley began his career at Market & Johnson 15 years ago as a project manager and today is a Senior Project Manager where his role has expanded to oversee Market & Johnsonís major renovation and new construction projects where Kevin consistently exceeds the expectations of our clients. Kevin is a LEED Accredited Professional, registered by the State of Wisconsin as a Professional Engineer and is ASHE Certified for Healthcare Construction. Kevin is an active member of the M&J team and is a partner in ownership of Market & Johnson since January 2012 and serves on Market & Johnsonís Board of Directors.

Mike Seichter has been with Market & Johnson for 26 years and has over 35 years of construction experience. He was our first employee in the La Crosse area and continues to help in the oversight of that office as a readily accessible liaison between our clients, their architects, and our field staff. He is dedicated to managing the project schedule, anticipating any challenges, and finding workable solutions to bring each project to a completed state that exceeds our clientsí expectations. In addition to his project management duties, he is a partner in ownership of Market & Johnson since 2012 and serves on Market & Johnsonís Board of Directors.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from UW-Stout.

   

As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is responsible for overseeing administration, accounting, finance, banking, insurance, worker's compensation and employee benefits. He has been with Market & Johnson since 2009 and has over 28 years of experience in the accounting and finance field. Kevin is a certified public accountant (CPA), and serves on Market & Johnsonís Board of Directors.

He has bachelorís degrees in Accounting and Management Information from the UW-Eau Claire.

Kevin is a graduate of UW-Madison with a bachelorís degree in Civil Engineering.

As part of Market & Johnson's Business Development team, James responsibilities include growing our industrial and manufacturing markets.

James has served as a board member or advisor to a number of economic development organizations in the region, including service as the Board Chair for Momentum West, a regional economic development organization serving ten counties in western Wisconsin.

James has a bachelorís degree in World Politics from UW-Eau Claire and a Masterís certification in Community and Economic Development from Penn State.

   

Brandon concentrates on Market & Johnson's medical, educational, and retail markets. He is a member of the Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley, Eau Claire Chamber, Chippewa Falls Chamber and the Economic Development Corporation.

Brandon has a Bachelorís of Science Degree in Real Estate Property Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and holds a Minnesota Salespersonís license.

Jerry is a seasoned veteran of the construction industry with over 42 years of experience. Jerry is a ďdetail personĒ and brings a strong emphasis of mechanical system knowledge, as well as phasing owner occupied facilities. Jerryís entire career has been in healthcare construction and he has managed many of Market & Johnson's healthcare projects.

Jerry is a graduate of Dunwoody Industrial Institute with a bachelorís degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating.

   

Dean has been involved in leadership roles throughout his career with Market & Johnson. He led the process of developing our current estimating system and has provided total project management services on numerous projects within the masonry division of our company. He has been responsible for the estimating of projects, crew and project scheduling as well as providing the contract administration on many projects. As a leader in our preconstruction department, Dean often meets with the project team to monitor, evaluate, and identify where additional cost savings may be realized while maintaining tight schedules.

Dean is a graduate of UW-Stout with a bachelorís degree in Industrial Technology with concentration in Building Construction and a minor in Business Administration.

Jeremy consistently leads our project teams to the successful completion of a wide range of projects including numerous educational and commercial construction projects and several of our larger medical projects including Lakeview Medical Facility in Rice Lake, Mayo Health Systems Emergency Department in Eau Claire, and a major expansion to the Burnett Medical Center in Grantsburg.

Jeremy has a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from UW-Stout.

   

Bridget joined Market & Johnson in 2006 as a project manager and has managed many of our healthcare and commercial projects. Recently, Bridget has moved into our pre-construction team where she will help develop project costing data, review cost options, system analysis, and the LEAN scheduling process.

Justin oversees construction projects for clients in various markets including commercial, education, healthcare and automotive. He has provided leadership and support for small to large construction projects, worked closely with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals.

Justin is a graduate of UW-Stout with a bachelorís degree in Construction Management.

   

Brad joined the Market & Johnson team in 2011 as a Project Manager and has a 17-year track record of successfully overseeing all phases of a diverse selection of construction projects. His experience includes healthcare, tenant improvement, power and mineral processing with CM at risk, CM agency, design/build and hard bid contract delivery methods.

Tyler is responsible for the daily operation of projects under his supervision including management and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints. Tyler has overseen construction projects for clients in various markets, including medical, manufacturing, and education.

Tyler has a bachelorís degree in Construction Management and a Business minor from UW-Platteville.

   

Tim started at Market & Johnson as an intern while he pursued a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from UW- Stout. Upon graduation he worked as a field engineer. Recently he was promoted to project manager where he utilizes his knowledge of the construction process to effectively communicate, coordinate and schedule multiple subcontractors and interact with project owners and engineers to facilitate the projectís progress.

Patrick joined Market & Johnson in 2005 as a Project Manager. He is experienced in all project activities including budgeting, systems analysis, value engineering, project scheduling, and project administration throughout the entire lifecycle of a project. Patrick consistently leads our frac sand project teams in successful project completions including truck transload facilities for various Superior Silica Sand plants, a dry sand processing plant for Northern Industrial Sands, and filter press projects for Hi-Crush Sands.

Patrick is a UW-Eau Claire graduate.

   

Craig has 18 years of construction experience in all aspects of project estimating, permit expediting, project scheduling, buyout, contract negotiation and construction management. He collaborates well with design and field personnel to help guide construction projects and keep them in line with contract budget and schedule.

Mike joined the Market & Johnson team in 2014 as a Project Manager. He is competent in planning and executing all project activities and had led several industrial, education and commercial projects.

Mike is a LEED Green Associate and is a UW-Platteville graduate with degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration.

   

Tyler began his construction career at Market & Johnson as an intern where he gained hands-on experience through the implementation of effective field procedures, accurate scheduling and project management. His onsite performance resulted in a permanent position at Market & Johnson when he graduated from Stout with a degree in Construction Management. Kris joined Market & Johnson as a Project Manager and has over 13 years of construction experience. Kris is experience in all project activities, including budgeting, systems analysis, value engineering, project scheduling, and project administration.

Kris is a graduate of University of Minnesota with a bachelorís degree in Applied Sciences with an emphasis in Construction Management. He is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) with the American Hospital Association.

   

Randy works out of our Oakdale, Minnesota office as a project manager. He has over 20 years of construction experience and in his career as a project manager he has led many notable healthcare, student housing, and industrial projects.

Randy graduated from UW-Stout Ė Menomonie with a B.S. Degree Construction Management and Northwest Technical Institute with an Associates of Science Architectural Drafting degree.

Kevin joined Market & Johnson in 1995 as a carpenter apprentice and has worked as a project manager/superintendent since 1998. Kevin is responsible for estimating, budgeting and bidding for Market & Johnson, as well as handling all scheduling and direct oversight of all contractors and tradesman activities for his assigned projects.

Kevin has bachelorís degree in Construction Management a minor in Business Administration from UW-Stout and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Technology from Chippewa Valley Technical College Ė Eau Claire.
