4 BIDDING PHASE
We will notify all capable vendors about your project and invite them to bid on their respective divisions of work.

The bidding phase is where it all comes together. Throughout this open book process, you will see all obtained bids. During this phase, our professionals will go the extra mile to make sure that we maximize the number of bids received by creating custom bid packages, utilizing our extensive databases of regional subcontractors, and by our unique approach to guaranteeing LOCAL participation. The bidding phase concludes with the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price, so our clients have the peace of mind that cost overruns are not a factor on Market & Johnson projects.
